Describe your approach to supporting and uplifting students with marginalized identities. Include the following:

1. Your style of 1:1 student engagement.
2. How you facilitate community & belonging in groups.
3. The theoretical frameworks that most guide you in this work.
4. Your methods for prioritizing these.
