Job opening: Training Coordinator

The Center for Human Development at the University of Alaska Anchorage in the College of Health is recruiting a Training Coordinator. This position will provide coordination and facilitate non-academic training instruction for the professional/licensed behavioral health service provider workforce and support career development opportunities for direct service professionals serving people with disabilities and their families.

Environmental Research Field Work Paid Opportunity

Looking for motivated individuals who love to spend the Alaska summer and fall outdoors. The Applied Environmental Research Center (AERC) is looking for individuals to participate in various field projects ranging from forestry work, invasive plant data collection and salmon fisheries studies on Joint Base Richardson-Elmendorf (JBER). Work will run through November (may change based on field season) at a rate of $1,900 per month (participant stipend).

The Center for Behavioral Health Research and Services (CBHRS) in the Institute of Social and Economic Research at the University of Alaska Anchorage is seeking applicants for a full-time Research Professional 2 (RP2), to work on grant-funded projects, primarily in the role of Project Manager. This is an Exempt Research Professional II position for the Center for Behavioral Health Research and Services (CBHRS). This position is full-time for work on a grant-funded project to evaluate the Anchorage School District’s Wellness Initiative.
