Navigating new opportunities or conflict at work can be challenging. Human Resources would like to invite you to the upcoming “Guided Conversations” sessions to help connect you to your largest work resource, your peers! These participant-led sessions are held to offer employees an avenue to share in your successes and collaborate in areas of opportunity with your co-workers.

Is there a process or strategy that works well for you that you would like to share with other teams, or have an issue or questions that you would like to collaborate about?

  • Tuesday, Feb. 15, 2022, 11 a.m.-noon (For Supervisors)*
  • Wednesday, Feb. 23, 2022, 2-3 p.m. (For Employees)*

*Sessions are split into Supervisor and Non-Supervisor groups to keep topics and information relevant to the group. You DO NOT have to stick to your employment type. Join wherever you can. Space is limited.

These will be conversations, not trainings. Please come with areas you would like to explore and an open mind. We look forward to chatting with you.
