Seawolf Tracks (Navigate) App updated - What to do if error appears

Recently, the student portal for Navigate (Seawolf Tracks) was updated to accommodate new software capabilities. As the student portal is also the platform for the mobile app "Navigate," there has been an unintended side-effect, where some students have now reported the app cannot connect to the network.

There is an easy fix, however. If a student sees this error, they only need to delete the app from the phone and redownload it, and it should function as expected once again, after the student re-logs in.
