Live on campus and save money through UAA’s Live and Learn in Alaska Initiative

UAA students who are charged the non-resident tuition rate can now save up to $566 per credit hour while enjoying the benefits and support offered to students who live on-campus through the Live and Learn in Alaska Initiative.

Announcing visual and navigation update to Blackboard in August

Evaluation of UAA’s next LMS continues and a final decision will be shared soon. UAA will continue to use Blackboard Learn as our primary online course space for Summer and Fall 2022. Fall Blackboard shells are available for editing now.

Job opening: Student Organization Coordinator

As a Student Life and Leadership member, the Student Organization Coordinator will work directly with the advising of the Club Council, Panhellenic Council, Interfraternity Council, and a large variety of student organizations to develop student leaders and provide engagement opportunities for a diverse group of students.

PWSC's Alaska Tech Learners featured in STEM For All video showcase

Prince William Sound College’s “Alaska Tech Learners” (ATL) dual enrollment web engineering program will be highlighted at the 2022 STEM for All Video Showcase: Access, Inclusion, and Equity. Now in its eighth year, the annual showcase features over 250 innovative projects aimed at improving Science, Technology, Math, Engineering, and Computer Science education.
