UAA Mailing Lists Maintenance Notification

Over the past several weeks, IT Services has been investigating issues with our mailing list service also known as UAA Mailman or listserv, that has resulted in intermittent delivery of emails through the service.
In order to improve system performance and reliability of the service, IT Services
will be performing maintenance beginning Saturday, October 29th at 8:00pm, through
Sunday, October 30th at 8:00 pm. During this maintenance window, the service will
be completely unavailable. Any mail sent to mailing lists during this time will not
be delivered.
If you continue to experience issues with our mailing list service after this maintenance
is complete, please report the issue to IT Services by opening a ticket via the UAA Service Portal or contacting the Technical Support Center at (907) 786-4646 or email at uaa.techsupport@alaska.edu.
