Shared Services Implements New Ticketing System

Shared Services is pleased to announce that it will be implementing a new ticketing system on Monday, Jan. 23, 2023!
The system provides a flexible and easy-to-use way to manage tickets that will allow Shared Services to provide services more efficiently and effectively. Shared Services has been reaching out to Power Users of the system to train one-on-one. If you would like more information or would like introductory training to the system yourself, please email Justin Atteberry at jaatteberry@alaska.edu to set something up.
