Dear UAA Community,

The UAA Chancellor Search committee would like to provide an update and timeline on its work to date.

The committee has screened over 50 applicants, is on track with the search timeline below, and will conduct virtual interviews with semi-finalists at the end of July.

Search Timeline:

• May 7, 2025: Recruitment Launch - Complete
• June 6, 2025: Committee Begins Rolling Review to Identify Semi-finalists - Ongoing
• Late July 2025: Virtual Interviews with Semi-finalists
• August 2025: Finalists Recommended to President Pitney
• September 2025: Finalists Visit Campus for In-Person Meetings
• October 2025: Chancellor Announcement

This timeline plans for campus visits the week of Sept. 8 to provide for as much stakeholder involvement as possible.
