Seawolf Dining asks: 'Do you have winter gear you no longer use?'

by Green & Gold News  |

Seawolf Staff, Faculty and Students,

The holiday season is here, and so is the cold. Seawolf Dining is partnering with Brother Francis Shelter and Catholic Social Services to collect new and gently used winter gear for community members experiencing homelessness.

We invite you to look through your closets and consider donating items you no longer use. Your contribution can bring warmth and hope to someone in our community this winter.

Donation bins are located at or near the following Seawolf Dining locations:

  • Café Delgga
  • Kaladi Brothers Coffee
  • Seawolf Marketplace
  • Parking Services
  • ConocoPhillips (CPISB)
  • Rasmuson Hall

Items needed:

  • Winter coats
  • Hats and gloves
  • Boots
  • Warm socks
  • Snow pants
  • Scarves

We are accepting donations through Dec. 3. All items will be distributed at the Dec. 4 community dinner hosted by Seawolf Dining at Brother Francis Shelter, offering many guests their only Christmas gift this season.

Thank you, Seawolves, for sharing warmth this holiday season. Your generosity makes a meaningful difference.
