UAA competes in first giant slalom races

Aspen, Colorado – Ella Bromee finished tied for 15th and Dylan Timm was 17th in the giant slalom races at the DU Invite Wednesday.
Bromee finished with a two-run combined time of 2:04.34.
Timm finished in 2:02.94.
Ainsley Proffit was 19th (2:04.54) for the UAA women.
Carlo Cordone and Tommaso Olcese finished 19th (2:03.14) and 20th (2:03.17).
Louison Accambray of Colorado won the women’s race in 2:01.01, and Johs Herland of Utah won the men’s race in 1:59.30.
UAA is currently fifth out of 10 teams.
UAA will compete in the giant slalom races at the CU Invite Thursday.
