The Center for Advancing Faculty Excellence (CAFE) is accepting applications to the CAFE Faculty Fellows Program for AY 2026-27.

This program offers full-time UAA faculty the opportunity to design and lead a peer-to-peer professional development experience that supports teaching, learning, and faculty success across UAA.

Faculty fellows will develop, implement, and assess a professional development experience for UAA faculty in collaboration with CAFE. This appointment is ideal for faculty who want to explore new ideas, share effective practices, and contribute to a culture of collaboration and continuous learning at UAA.
