On-Campus Living

Who's Eligible to Live on Campus

UAA offers individual-person housing for UAA students enrolled in a minimum of 9 credits (or 3 credits for graduate students) in the fall and spring semesters, or 3 credits in the summer sessions. At this time, UAA does not offer family or co-ed housing.

During the summer, when fewer students live on campus, UAA Conference Services offers short-term housing in the residence halls, and long-term housing in campus apartments for non-students. For more information on summer guest housing, visit the Conference Services website.
