Checking In and Move-in

Move-In Days for Residential Students (January 8-10)

Move-In is a busy time in the On-Campus Living community!  All residents will need to check in to the location corresponding to their room assignment. See the UAA Housing website for an On-Campus Living map.

Documentation Required for Check-In for new Residents:

You will need to present a driver's license, passport, or other photo identification when you check-in, as well as verified immunization records (see below).

Immunization Requirements for On-Campus Living Residents

On-Campus Living at the University of Alaska Anchorage, in compliance with University of Alaska Board of Regents policy, requires all students living on campus to provide documentation of immunizations. The University of Alaska Anchorage Student Health and Counseling Center (SHCC) is responsible for verification of compliance with these requirements. Please see the SHCC website for instructions on how to enter your immunization information and submit a copy of your immunization records.  All students must be in compliance with the immunization requirements before checking in to student housing.
