Question for Betty.

I have what I think are milia seeds very close to my eye.  Where/How/Can I get them removed? I only have the student health insurance.

Betty's Answer.

Milia are tiny, white, dome-shaped cysts that commonly occur on the face, especially around the eyes and cheeks. These tiny structures are annoying, have no opening on the surface and cannot be expressed like blackheads.  You may want to make an appointment with the SHCC for evaluation, we can then refer you to dermatologist for excision.
