Career Development Month
November is recognized as National Career Development Month by the National Career Development Association (NCDA). In celebration, UAA students, alumni, and community employers are invited to explore, develop, and connect through career development programming, including the annual Fall Career Fair and a variety of workshops and presentations.

Connect with employers virtually in celebration of November’s Career Development Month! Career fairs are a great way to get a leg up with companies that interest you. Hosted through Handshake, this virtual format will enhance the experience, allowing you to:
- Meet with employers. Interact with recruiters through video, audio, or chat.
- Discover new career opportunities. Get personalized recommendations based on your Handshake profile for which employers to connect with.
