Refund Policy & Requests

New Student Orientation will only issue refunds in certain situations (outlined below). Refunds will be issued to the individual's student account within 3-5 business days of the refund decision. To be considered for a refund, you must meet at least one of the following criteria under the "Situations Considered for Refund" below. Please also review the situations under which you will not be considered for a refund.

Situations Considered for Refund

  • Your enrollment was rescinded by the university before attending orientation.
  • You registered for the incorrect campus orientation and contacted us to change before attending orientation at least five (5) business days prior your registered orientation date.
  • You canceled your admission before attending orientation at least five (5) business days prior to your registered orientation date.
  • Your guest cancels their reservation before attending orientation at least five (5) business days prior to your registered orientation date.

Situations NOT Considered for Refund

  • Your enrollment was rescinded by the university after attending orientation.
  • You changed campus locations after attending orientation.
  • You canceled your admission after attending orientation.
  • Requests made after the deadline (outlined above).
  • Requests made after failure to attend orientation.

In order for us to make a decision regarding your refund request, you must provide information about the circumstances around why you are requesting a refund.  Therefore, you must describe how you meet the criteria (outlined above) under which we are able to grant refunds.
