The Publicity Center’s mission is to empower and educate students about UAA’s many advertising tools to help them successfully publicize their event.  If your student club or organization is registered through the Student Clubs & Greek Life office, we can help you!

How can the Publicity Center help me?

  • Free graphic design work
  • Print fliers, brochures, posters, and banners
  • Create buttons, magnets or key chains
  • Write a Public Service Announcement for KRUA 88.1 FM
  • Create and ad to display on the plasma screens in the Student Union and the Student Clubs & Greek Life office
  • Create an ad to run in the Northern Light newspaper
  • Submit your event to the Wolfwire Online Student Calendar

Some of these services to cost money but the majority of the services we provide are free!

How do I get help from the Publicity Center?

  1. Stop by the Student Clubs and Greek Life office in Student Union Room 210 and complete a Publicity Center Request Form. If you have questions about your publicity plan, we are happy to assist you!

  2. If you wish to utilize the Publicity Center's printing services or anticipate spending money; You must complete a Purchase Request  to accompany your Publicity Center Request Form.

Purchase requests can be found on your club's UAA Life page under the "finances" tab.

  3. Once you submit a Publicity Center Request Form and complete a Purchase Request on your club's UAA Life page, we will begin processing your request and complete printing ASAP.

The time-frame will depend upon what assistance you requested from the Publicity Center.
(Generally, we like to have at least 2 weeks to work on Graphic Design so please don't wait untill last minute!)
