We invite you to join us at the 36th Annual Anchorage, Alaska College and Career Fair (ACCF) 2017.

Sunday, October 15th 1:00pm to 4:00pm and Monday, October 16th 9:00am-12:00pm

We invite all interested colleges, universities, vocational/technical programs, and employers to register at the Anchorage, Alaska College & Career Fair U-Store.  We have included information and resources to support a successful exhibition, to include exhibitor registration, venue, lodging, shipment of materials, and Anchorage attractions.

  • Registration

    Reserve Your Booth Today

    Registration Link: Anchorage, Alaska College & Career Fair U-Store

    All booth registration to be completed on the Anchorage, Alaska College & Career Fair U-Store.  Space is limited.  Registrations will be filled on a first come first serve basis, starting on the main arena floor.  Booths with the electricity option will be on the main arena floor and may affect your booth location.

    EARLY BIRD Price:  $400 without electricity | Through Thursday, August 31, 2017
    GENERAL Price:  $500 without electricity | Begins Friday, September 1, 2017
    Electricity:  additional $30/booth | May be added at check-out

    Registration ends on Wednesday, October 11, 2017

    We accept online payment at the time of registration via the following credit card options:  Visa | MasterCard | Discover | DinaCard | BCcard | AmEx | DinersClub | ChinaUnionPay |JCB

  • Cancellation and Refund

    Refunds are permitted for cancellations based on the following guidelines:

    100% is refundable through Thursday, August 31, 2017

    50% for Friday, September 1 - Saturday, September 30, 2017

    0% (no refund) for cancellations made between Sunday, October 1 - Monday, October 16, 2017

    If a refund is due, payments made to ACCF by credit card will be credited back to the card up to the amount of the charge, subject to the refund policy stated above.

  • Lodging

    This year's ACCF does not have a host hotel.  Click here for a list of hotel options in the area (includes distance from the venue) or visit the Visit Anchorage Alaska "Places to Stay" site to explore your options.

  • Venue

    This year's ACCF will take place at the Alaska Airlines Center (AAC).  The AAC, located on the UAA campus, is a 5,000 seat athletic arena built to host UAA sports, concerts, family shows and community events.  It is equipped with a state of the art sports medicine suite, an indoor two-lane walking and jogging track, a gymnastics training and competition gym, a separate training and strength conditioning facility for athletes and an 800 seat auxiliary gym.  Located upstairs on the Suite Level, the Varsity Sports Grill serves lunch and dinner menus, featuring local craft beer and fine wine, as well as pizza fresh from the wood-fired oven!

  • Parking

    FREE PARKING

    There is parking on the South side of the venue, please see parking map for more details.  Additional overflow parking is located in the Providence garages marked PS2 and PS3 and on the North Side of Providence Street near the UAA/APU Consortium Library and the Arts and Science Building.  Parking in Providence surface parking lots is not permitted and cars will be towed or ticketed.

  • Shipment of Material

    If you wish to ship your materials prior to the Fair, please fill out the FORM from Alaska Event Services (AES). The ship-to address and information is provided on the form. Remember to confirm shipping deadlines with Alaska Event Services to ensure delivery and availability of your materials on the day of the Fair.

  • Local Attractions

    A hiker?  Anchorage is a great place to visit for the outdoors, for sightseeing, and day trips or even hiking on the most popular trail in Anchorage: the Flat Top Mountain (http://aktrailhead.com/flattop/flattop.shtml). The best season to hike Flat Top is between May and September;however a breathtaking view can be seen during any month. Take a sightseeing tour to the spectacular Glacier and Turnagin Arm to see the breathtaking ice carved glaciers.After the tour, you may also visit the Alaska Wildlife Conservation Center and allow you to spot local wildlife like moose and bears and sea-life along the way. The city hosts numerous fascinating tourist attractions including historical places, national parks and resorts, walking tours, wildlife Parks and great restaurants. Located 40 miles away from Anchorage, the Alyeska Resort is a summer and winter camp near three national parks and is also surrounded by the Chugach Mountains and the Kenai Peninsul

    Avid museum-goer?  There are many places that may interest you, like the Alaska Aviation Museum and the famous Earthquake Museum, a simulation of the earthquake that struck southeast Alaska in 1964. There are also the State's largest museum houses, the Anchorage Museum at the Rasmuson Center and the Anchorage Museum of History and Art located downtown. They exhibit detailed highlights of everything from preserved local wildlife (art) to Alaska History. For more information check out their website: www.anchoragemuseum.org. Drop by the Alaska Native Heritage Center for a superb educational experience of what makes Alaska very unique. The center is dedicated to preserving the culture and traditional dwellings that represent the lifestyles of some of the tribes in Alaska.     Love shopping?  In downtown Anchorage, the 5th Avenue Mall is a five-level shopping center with more than 110 stores including Nordstrom, JC Penny, Apple Store, Michael Kors, Coach, and many restaurants including the award winning Sullivan Steakhouse, a favorite among locals and tourists alike.
