General Things to Remember
- Please be aware of chapter specific things to remember and certification processes, which are highlighted below.
- It is highly important students are aware of all registration deadlines.
- We are only able to certify a student as non-matriculated pending final admission into the university for 2 terms.
- The VA defines a term as courses that have different start/stop dates.
- We are only able to certify General Education Requirements for students in the BA Undeclared or Exploratory degree program.
- Remedial courses (below 100 level) must be taken in the traditional classroom setting.
- Students may pursue a dual objective as long as all objectives pursued are generally recognized as being reasonably related to a single career field.
- Prerequisites for required courses can be certified, but recommended courses are not certifiable.
- The only course that is not required for any degree program, but will be certified, is UNIV 150.
- Professional Development or Continuing Educational courses (500 level) cannot be certified as these are not required for any degree program and are not financial aid eligible.
We encourage students to sign up for an eBenefits premium account, which will give them access to their benefit information, payment history, remaining eligibility information and other helpful features.
