Submit the following requests to Admissions using one of these forms as appropriate.

If you do not have an active UAOnline login, email your request to Admissions at uaa_admissionsoffice@alaska.edu.

• Change or postpone your admission to a different semester
• Change your program (use this if you have not started attending classes)
• Withdraw your application for admissions (and, if necessary, drop or withdraw from all courses on UAOnline)
