Go to UAOnline.
Use the Login to Secure Area link.
If you cannot log in, use the paper request form instead.
Use the Student Services & Account Information link.
Use the Change Confidentiality Option link.
Read about the ramifications of changing your confidentiality option.
Select Disabled or Enabled from the drop-down list.
Use the Update Confidentiality button.
