Joining a student club can be an enriching experience for any student. Being involved can assist you in developing leadership skills, networking, and just having fun with other students with your same interests. You do not need to major in Art to join any of our student-run organizations. Learn more about the Art clubs below, and visit their pages for more information.

Art Student Association (ASA)
The ASA exists to foster a sense of community among art students across the range of visual disciplines. Our goal is to provide interesting and exciting events that allow students to engage in creativity and collaboration. We also coordinate weekly events such as Weekend Life Drawing and Sketch Group to provide students the opportunity to practice their art outside of the classrom environment.
Visit ASA's page at the UAA Life website for more information about the club including news, regular meeting times, and contact information.
The Camera Club is dedicated to promoting group fellowship among photographic artists. In addition to monthly business meetings, members are allowed access to the UAA photographic facilities between 4 and 9 p.m. every Saturday (Fall and Spring semesters), and shows of their work are held on campus throughout the year. The club also sponsors an annual workshop given by a well-known guest photographer.
