Professor Doebler is an American Culinary Federation certified working chef and certified cook. He is also certified in food service sanitation by the National Institute for the Food Service Industry. Professor Doebler is a member of the Alaska Culinary Association, Alaska Chefs de Cuisine, the Alaska and American Vocational Associations, the American Federation of Teachers, and the Hotel and Restaurant Employees Union.
