Consider coming to the Career Services Center for a practice interview to work out any kinks, nervousness, or uncertainties that you may have about your upcoming interview.
Mock Interview
Students, alumni, and community members can participate in videotaped mock interview training in order to practice their interviewing skills and to receive feedback on their performance. Mock Interviews are free of charge and available by appointment, which you can schedule with a Career Services Center staff member in Rasmuson Hall suite 122 or by calling (907) 786-4513.
Mock Interview Process
1. Drop off or email a copy of your resume to our office at-least one business day before your Mock Interview.
2. Come dressed professionally, as if you were coming to an actual job interview.
3. You will be interviewed by a Career Counselor.
4. The interview will be video taped and then watched and critiqued for your benefit.
5. Video taping is optional. Please let our office know whether or not you want to be video taped when you come in for your mock interview.
