Alaskans Speaks Up!

A Department of Justice, Office of Violence Against Women grant awarded to the State of Alaska Governor’s Council on Disabilities and Special Education to promote the dignity of people with disabilities (specifically women) who are victims of interpersonal violence. The intention of this project is to build community capacity to better serve victims with disabilities by creating opportunities for the disability community provider system and the victim response services to cross train and collaborate.
