The Alaska WIPA Project provides assistance to beneficiaries to understand the various work incentive programs that might be available to them, and provide advice about how to manage one’s benefits during the transition to paid employment.

The Alaska WIPA Project has been advised by the Social Security Administration (SSA) that funds to support all WIPA Programs will be suspended on June 30th, 2012. As a result, the Alaska WIPA project services will no longer be available after June 30th, 2012 and we will not be taking any additional client work after May 4th, 2012.
