Clubs and organizations participating in Haunted Halloween Fun Night 2012 will receive a participation agreement after registration is confirmed. All details, requirements, and expectations of the event will be covered in this agreement.
Cancellation Policy: groups must notify the Office of Student Clubs and Greek Life by 1pm on Wednesday, October 17th, 2012 if they no longer wish to participate. Groups that do not contact the office and do not participate will be charged $50.
**Activity booths will be assigned on a 1st come, 1st serve basis.
