Pre-Ceremony
every 15 minutes
from 1:30-3:30 p.m.

Post-Ceremony
every 15 minutes after the
ceremony until 6:30 p.m.

Free shuttle service to and from the Gorsuch Commons on May 4

The schedule is as follows for Sunday, May 4:

• 8:45 a.m. First Pick up at the Gorsuch Commons to attend breakfast, hosted by the Alumni Association, located at the Sullivan Arena.
• 9:30 a.m. Second Pick up at the Gorsuch Commons to attend mandatory rehearsal, located at the Sullivan Arena.
• At the conclusion of rehearsal (approximately 11:30 a.m.), two busses will be available to return to the Gorsuch Commons.
• 1:30 p.m. Third pick up from the Gorsuch Commons to arrive at the Sullivan by 2:00 p.m. for students to check in.
• At the conclusion of Commencement, two runs will leave the Sullivan Arena upon demand until 6:30 p.m.  A designated pick-up location will be marked.
