Communication is an important part of any organization. For a business' employees and customers to have a great experience, the organization must have a sound communication plan.

At the Community & Technical College we are dedicated to providing everyone with the best possible experience. This site contains all of the tools necessary for CTC faculty & staff to communicate with students and the outlying community.

Unit Responsibilities

CTC divisions are responsible for the following items. The college communications coordinator can be of assistance and support where indicated:

Academic brochures other than those for associates, bachelor's or master's degrees
Support may be requested from the communications coordinator in layout, design and fiscal support. To request these items, use the Publication Work Request Form.


Recruitment events (staffing and event fees) that are specifically geared toward the unit.
The communications coordinator may provide brochures and other promotional materials as appropriate to the event. Event fees are the responsibility of the unit.

 

College Responsibilities

CTC Communications was created to support the overarching needs of the entire college. Those activities and events which promote or concern all or most units   within the college are the responsibility of the communications coordinator. A unit may request the following support from the communications coordinator:

  • Academic brochure creation and reprint;
  • Up to 2 print advertisements up to the combined value of $1,000 per fiscal year;
  • Non-academic brochure layout and design work;
  • All-college focused recruitment event support and volunteer coordination.
