The Plus 50 Program is a college completion/workforce preparation program being offered at the Community & Technical College at the University of Alaska Anchorage. The Plus 50 Program provides assistance to students age 50 and over in completing degree and certificate programs with the intention of developing the skills necessary to compete in today's job market.

Students in the program may already have a degree, may have already started a degree, are coming to college for the first time, or are looking for employment but need additional skills to assist in preparation.
