Military Programs Overview
UAA's Elmendorf Air Force Base and Fort Richardson Extension Centers provide education to about 1,000 military and civilian students on the base and post.
A unit of UAA's Community and Technical College, through the use of conventional classroom environments, as well as Internet and other distance delivery systems, we provide UAA college classes that military students can fit into their busy schedules.

UAA is one of more than 1,000 accredited colleges and universities that offer Servicemen Opportunity College degree programs (SOCAD-2, Associate level). With the SOC program, students and their family members can complete a college degree without losing college credits due to a change of duty stations.
