Culinary Boot Camp


This summer boot camp is for children from the ages of 11-17 (must be 11 on or before 1 Sept. 2012). Lunch, including dessert, is prepared and enjoyed by students and there is plenty to take home to impress the family. Camps are a week long and include instruction, all food items, chef jacket, toque, apron, recipes, teamwork and fun.  See below for the camp schedule, courses and registration information.

NOTE:  You must have attended a Basic and Intermediate Bakery Camp (any year) to attend the Advanced Bakery Camp and a Basic and Intermediate Culinary Camp (any year) to attend the Advanced Culinary Camp.

Registration 

Each camp session runs Monday-Friday from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the Lucy Cuddy Hall on the main UAA campus.

Each session is $325.00 per student.

 
 

Important Information:  
Registration begins Monday, 12 March 2012

All you need to do is print off the Registration Packet, complete pages 2-6 and mail in with payment. There is no need to enroll at UAA, no need for a UA ID number for  your student and nothing to do at the University Center! REGISTRATION PACKET 2012
