Culinary Boot CampThis summer boot camp is for children from the ages of 11-17 (must be 11 on or before 1 Sept. 2012). Lunch, including dessert, is prepared and enjoyed by students and there is plenty to take home to impress the family. Camps are a week long and include instruction, all food items, chef jacket, toque, apron, recipes, teamwork and fun. See below for the camp schedule, courses and registration information. | |
