for Summer 2024. If you are looking for availability for Summer 2025, please fill out the form, and

Limited number of fully-furnished apartments. Currently only available to UAA affiliates, students and first responders.

Summer
Unfurnished apartments - Unavailable for Summer 2023. For Summer 2024, available late May - late July
- Rent private bedroom in shared, unfurnished apartments or rent all bedrooms to have your own private apartment

- Full kitchen, living room (no dining or cookware)
- 3-4 bedrooms
- Laundry and garages in some units
- Permit parking available
