  • This is the the first time you have used VA educational benefits at UAA, or
  • You have not used VA Educational Benefits at UAA in the last year, or
  • You are returning to UAA after using your VA edcuational benefits at another institution.

  • Complete this request each semester you wish to use VA educational benefits at UAA.
