 Federal regulations require all first-time
Federal Stafford Loan borrowers to
participate in Entrance Loan Counseling
before receiving the first disbursement
of their loan proceeds. If you are a
transfer student, you must complete the
Entrance Interview at UAA.

to participate in Exit Loan Counseling
whenever you drop below half-time
enrollment status, withdraw, or graduate.

Federal regulations require that you complete
an entrance counseling session. The counseling
session provides information about how to
manage your student loans, both before and after
college.

exit counseling session. The counseling session
