2011/2012 FAFSA Application Guide

Urgent Update.  Due to recent changes by Congress two Pell Grants in one award year will no longer be in effect beginning with 2011-2012 award year.  If you are received 2011-2012 Crossover PELL for summer 2011 you may find your spring 2012 disbursement reduced. For specific questions please contact the Office of Student Financial Assistance.

Reminders about Financial Aid Communications

The Office of Student Financial Assistance uses UAA email accounts when communicating with students. Only new students that have not yet been assigned a UAA email address will receive a copy of their financial aid award letter in the mail. It is the student's responsibility to check their email account frequently.  

If you have set up your UAA email account to forward to another personal account, be sure that it is working effectively.  Visit the UAA IT Computer Services website for additional information regarding your UAA email account.
