To accept your awards on UAOnline you must first go to the Resources/Additional Information tab and acknowledge you have read the Satisfactory Academic Progress (SAP) policy (you must also scroll down and hit the submit button). For more detailed instructions Accepting Financial Aid Awards

Returning students will no longer receive a copy of their financial aid award letter in the mail. UAOnline now has a function that allows you to see your award letter and to print it directly from UAOnline. Returning students will be sent an e-mail (via UAA e-mail account) notifying them that their awards can be viewed on UAOnline.

The Office of Student Financial Assistance uses ONLY UAA e-mail accounts when communicating with student. It is the student's responsibility to check their e-mail account and to make sure that UAA e-mail accounts that have been forwarded to another e-mail address are actually working.
