Other Useful Information
If you register for courses, the University holds YOU financially responsible for that registration. University policy requires a financial hold to be placed on your record if you fail to meet your financial obligations. This hold will prevent any enrollment, transcript, or graduation activity.
Final grant and scholarship calculations for each term will be made at the end of the add/drop period.
Students whose financial aid has not arrived prior to the payment deadline are required to pay by the deadline or a late payment fee will be added.
Students have access to their student account and financial aid information 24/7 through their UAonline account.
Call a Registration Cashier at 786-1440 #2 to find out the amount owed on your student account.
Agency sponsored students are responsible for ensuring that the necessary authorization forms are submitted to the UAA Accounting Office by the payment deadline
Remember: any change in registration status can impact your student financial aid. Incomplete grades, audits, withdrawals, or grades of "F", "NC", may adversely impact loan or award eligibility. Talk with a UAA Student Information Advisor BEFORE changing course loads.
