Getting Access to the Financial Systems Reports

The Financial Systems (FinSys) Server contains information such as:

  • Monthly Financial Reports
  • Special Banner Reports
  • Banner Instructions and Documentation
  • Payroll Time Sheets
  • Payroll and Leave Reports

Access to these items is restricted to certain users. You must be assigned a userid and a password to be able to access and download them.

To get access to the FinSys Server:

Have your Dean or Director send an email message to Stuart Roberts (ansjr@uaa.alaska.edu) with the following information about the person needing access:

Name
Title
Department
Email Userid
Contact Phone

You will be contacted regarding a password and access to the FinSys Server. Questions? Contact Stuart Roberts or Brian de Zeeuw at the UAA Financial Systems Office.
