The UAA Graduate School will provide workshops to assist students in the preparation of their thesis.  The dates of these workshops are included in the UAA Graduate School calendar.

 

Workshops and Training for UAA Graduate Students

The UAA Graduate School offers workshops and training every semester. Regular workshops include:

  • New Graduate Student Orientation (offered before fall semester - stay tuned for dates and details)

  • Financial Aid and Scholarship Workshops: (Offered by the UAA Office of Student Financial Assistance)
    • UAA Scholarship Workshops:  Scholarship workshops will cover the application process, navigating the website and tips on writing effective scholarship essays.
      • No further workshops scheduled during the Spring 2013 Semester.
  • UAA February FAFSA Frenzy Workshops:  UAA February FAFSA Frenzy Workshops will focus on applying for and learning the basics of Federal Student Aid. This is a great opportunity for students to better understand how to fill out the FAFSA with the availability of one-on-one assistance. Bring your 2012 tax information and let us help you!
    • No further FAFSA workshops scheduled during the Spring 2013 Semester
  • Thesis Formatting and Submission Process Workshops:
o   Thesis Formatting and Electronic Submission for Fall 2013 Graduates
