Seawolf Dining is a self-supporting entity under the direction of University Housing, Dining & Conference Services.

The dining contract is currently operated by NMS, a joint venture between a local Alaska Native corporation and Sodexo, a national food-service company with experience on college campuses around the world.

For the convenience of resident and commuter students, faculty, and University staff, a variety of dining venues are provided throughout the campus.

Cuddy Hall: Cuddy Coffee House
(a.k.a.The Daily Grind)—
An "Espresso stand" located in the atrium of Cuddy Hall. Featuring Raven's Brew organic coffee along with espresso & tea. An assortment of baked items, plus packaged fresh-made salads and sandwiches provides for a convenient stop on the way to classes.
Monday – Thursday, 7:45 AM – 7:00 PM; Friday, 7:45 AM –2:00 PM

Cuddy Hall: Cuddy Marketplace—
A food court-style eatery in Lucy Cuddy Hall, featuring Pizza Piazza, Ultimate Baja, Simply-to-Go, and Grill 155. Excellent people-watching!
Monday-Thursday, 9:30 AM-6:00 PM; Friday, 9:30 AM-2:00 PM

Student Union: Union Station—
Located on the second floor of the Student Union, near the Info Desk and Gear Rental, Union Station offers bottled beverages, freshly baked pastries, and Kaladi Brothers coffee, & espresso.
Monday – Friday, 7:45 AM –2:30 PM

Student Union: Subway, Mein Bowl, & Tsunami Sushi:
On-campus Subway restaurant; stir-fry, rice & noodles at Mein Bowl; fresh-daily sushi.
Monday-Thursday, 10:00 AM-6:00 PM; Friday, 10:00 AM-4:00 PM

SSB/Library: Starbucks—
All the usual Starbucks offerings, plus salads, sandwiches and other grab-n-go items made fresh on-campus daily.

HSB: Spirit Express—
Offering espresso, tea & other coffee-shop beverages, along with healthy and convenient grab-n-go items.

Near ARTS/ADMIN/CPISB:  Fireside Café—
A contemporary east-campus café located between CPISB and the Admin building, next to the parking garage. Serving grilled Panini sandwiches, soups, salads, and baked items; along with espresso (featuring coffee from Cafe Del Mundo), tea, fountain soda and other beverages. The cozy fireplace and inviting atmosphere make this the perfect location for studying over coffee or lunch.

Gorsuch Commons: Bear Necessities Convenience Store—
Espresso, snacks, groceries, and sundries.

Gorsuch Commons: Creekside Eatery—
An all-you-care-to-eat dining hall in Gorsuch Commons, near the residence halls and campus-apartments.
