2012-2013 Housing Rates:All rates shown are per-semester, and include all utilities plus internet.Housing fees are payable at the start of each academic term (beginning of the Fall and/or Spring Semester), allowing you to avoid the hassles of monthly rent or utility bills. Residence Halls:
Apartments:
All students residing in the Residence Halls are required to purchase a meal plan membership. Please refer to the Meal Plans page for available dining packages and pricing. Trying to compare prices with living off-campus? In addition to monthly rent, make sure to include your utilities, plus all the gas or other transportation costs associated with getting to the laundromat, the grocery store, your classes, the library, your workout place, visiting friends, etc. Additionally, consider the value of having social and academic programming available right where you live, plus the peace of mind that comes from living in a secured building with resident staff trained in emergency procedures. ![]() Studying is always better with a friend. Laundry rooms are conveniently located in each Residence Hall. MAC Apartments have access to the "MAC-Shack" laundry room; Templewood Apartments come with a washer/dryer unit in each apartment.
