2013-2014 Housing Rates*

NOTE: All students must submit a $40 application fee with their housing application. A $300 refundable deposit will be required with all signed agreements. Applications that do not include the appropriate fees will not be processed. Please read all UAA Housing paperwork in full prior to submitting application.

All rates are effective as of March 2013 for the 2013-2014 academic year and are subject to change. Rates are listed per semester.

All students living in the residence halls are required to have a meal plan. Apartment residents are not required to purchase a meal plan; however participating in one of these plans can be more convenient than grocery shopping and kitchen clean up!

When making the decision to living on campus, consider the value of having social and academic programming available right where you live, plus the peace of mind that comes from living in a secured building with resident staff trained in emergency procedures. Numerous studies have shown that living on campus truly does contribute to academic success, and helps students feel more connected to their University.
