Under the Senior Vice Provost, the office provides leadership for community partnership programs and university performance reporting, plus oversight for the Office of Institutional Research, The Center for Community Engagement and Learning, The Center for Advancing Faculty Excellence, and the Faculty Technology Center.  The programs within the Office serve several important roles: 

• providing direction for faculty development,
• supporting new programs to improve teaching and learning,
• providing data and analysis of UAA’s performance to aid in decision-making and accreditation,
• fostering UAA’s service-learning and community engagement activities, and
• helping to clarify and demonstrate UAA’s value in the greater community. 
  

The Office is designed to ask tough questions, develop new initiatives, and support innovative solutions.
