Learning Resources Center
Welcome to the University of Alaska Anchorage Learning Resources Center (LRC). The center provides a variety of learning support services to promote student achievement and success. LRC staff are dedicated to supporting classroom instruction and strive to create an environment that enhances learning and encourages students growth and development. Our tutors are trained and nationally certified to assist students in their studies and teach them the skills needed to achieve academic excellence. At the LRC, students may receive support in the areas of academic reading, writing, math, and study strategies. Students may also check out a variety of textbooks, course readings, study aids, computer programs, and videos placed on reserve by their professors to supplement their academic performance.
Jonell Sauceda, Director What is the LRC?The mission of the Learning Resources Center (LRC) is to provide all UAA students with resources and opportunities to learn and achieve academic success.
