Study Abroad 101 Information Sessions
Attending a Study Abroad 101 session is your first step if you are interested in an international educational experience as part of your UAA degree.
Come learn about the wide variety of exciting options, considerations in choosing a program, the important role of your Academic Advisor, budget considerations, the types of financial aid available to help pay for your experience, and what your next steps are. For sessions held in or near Rasmuson Hall, students may stay after the session to pick up catalogs for their destinations of interest.
Study abroad 101 sessions are typically held every two to three weeks throughout the year. Parents, staff, and faculty are welcome to attend!

Events include drop-in table fairs in the Student Union and UAA Housing, game & pizza night with UAA's Language clubs, and special programs with the study abroad reps with time for questions and answers.
