Event and Class Calendars with Search Tools
Enhanced, online room calendar tools allow you to view campus events and classes by day, week, and/or location with the Main Calendar or a comprehensive view of the month with Semester-at-a-Glance. New room search tools provide availability of General Classrooms, list of available time blocks by building and room, and links to submit online requests for scheduling campus events.
On-line Facility Request Form
This form can be used by UAA Departments, Colleges, and Schools to request General Classrooms for non-class events only. The Facility Scheduling Office does not schedule the Student Union areas including the Den, the Wendy Williamson Auditorium, the Wells Fargo Sports Center, the Lucy Cuddy Center, the Commons, or the Aviation Complex. This form is not to be used for requesting academic course scheduling.
Facility Request Form (PDF)
This form can be used by Non-profit groups and Commercial/For-profit groups to request General Classrooms for non-class events only. This pdf includes, UAA Facilities Procedures, a memo to the Event Organizer, a Facility Use Request Form, and Rasmuson Hall user guidelines. The Facility Scheduling Office does not schedule the Student Union areas including the Den, the Wendy Williamson Auditorium, the Wells Fargo Sports Center, the Lucy Cuddy Center, the Commons, or the Aviation Complex.

This form can be used by UAA Student Clubs/Greek Organizations to request General Classrooms for non-class events only. This PDF includes a memo to the Event Organizer, a Club/Greek General Classroom Request Form, Rasmuson Hall user guidelines, and Bake Sale guidelines. The Facility Scheduling Office does not schedule the Student Union areas including the Den, the Wendy Williamson Auditorium, the Wells Fargo Sports Center, the Lucy Cuddy Center, the Commons, or the Aviation Complex.
