Course Number/Detail Search: Find available course numbers by viewing all course numbers currently or previously in use for a given prefix. Shows detailed information about courses, including links to CARs/CCGs. Updated continuously.
Course Updates: Excel spreadsheet of all approved course adds, deletes and changes for the academic year. Updated continuously.
Curriculum Action Requests (CAR) & Course Content Guides (CCGs): PDF files of all active academic courses. Updated continuously.
Curriculum Handbook: The Curriculum Handbook is a guide put out by the Governance Office which explains the curriculum process, including a review of the academic boards and the curriculum approval process. Download the current handbook under "Quick Links" on the Governance website.

Records Retention: The University of Alaska records retention schedule can be found here.
Room Scheduling: University of Alaska Anchorage classrooms are scheduled through Curriculum & Scheduling.
Semester Schedule/Fee Search: An easy-to-use class schedule and fee search providing several ways to query class schedule information. Data is downloaded from the Banner database daily. All classes are shown except those that have been cancelled. For the most up-to-date information, use the UAOnline Course Search.
Transfer Evaluation System (TES): This site allows you to review recent UAA transfer decisions. You can also compare course descriptions and search for courses that will transfer as equivalent UAA courses or General Education Requirements.
New Online Grading Option: Learn how to submit grades online using the new UAOnline grading system. This link opens a PDF file that you can save to your computer for easy reference.
