Secondary Student Enrollment PolicyThe University of Alaska Anchorage welcomes students of all ages who meet the University admissions requirements for certificate, degree, or non-degree seeking educational opportunities. The following policy applies to all applicants who are in the 9th, 10th, 11th or 12th grade and have not already earned a high school diploma or a GED. Secondary Student Admission and Registration ProcessApplication ProcessSecondary applicants may be admitted to non-degree seeking student status only. Applicants must submit an Application for Admission for Secondary Students. They will also be required to submit a signed Student and Parent/Guardian Agreement as part of the Secondary Student admission process. After a student is formally admitted as a Secondary Student, they may submit Secondary Student Registration Form to register for individual courses. This registration form is submitted each semester and must be submitted by the appropriate deadlines. Admissions Procedure: (only necessary prior to registering the first time)
