David D. Adams Memorial Engineering Scholarship

The purpose of the David D. Adams Memorial Engineering Scholarship is to offer financial assistance for tuition and other educational expenses to students who are formally admitted into the Bachelor of Science Electrical Engineering degree-seeking program at the University of Alaska Anchorage.

The initial funding source of this scholarship was made possible by Adams, Morgenthaler, and Company.

Award amount is $1,000 per academic year

Qualifications:

  • Applicants must be in good academic standing with a minimum cumulative grade point average of 3.0.
  • Applicant must be formally admitted into the Bachelor of Science Electrical Engineering program at the University of Alaska Anchorage by the start of the semester of the award.
  • Applicant must plan on enrolling full-time (twelve (12) credits) at the University of Alaska Anchorage by the start of the semester of the award.
  • Applicant must have at least Junior class standing by the start of the semester of the award.
  • Applicant must be an Alaskan resident.
