Additional Award Information:

The tuition waiver component of this scholarship awards tuition, not flat "dollars" for approved UAA courses, during the semester of the award. The childcare component of this award requires dated, written verification from your licensed childcare provider, on letterhead or official stationary, showing monthly daycare charges. Final proof of semester childcare expenses may be requested at the end of the term, in the event the student is participating in a 'drop-off' contract. Providing false or misleading information may result in reversal of current or suspension of future scholarship awards.
