Requirements:

You must be a high school student (public, private, or home schooled) during the 2008-2009 academic year.

Entry in the tournament will be limited to the first twenty-eight (28) two-person teams who submit complete registration materials. A wait list will be established to accommodate entrants over the team cap.
- Individual schools will be limited to four (4) entries, unless the 28 team cap has not been reached when the registration period ends. If a school submits a fifth (or more) entry, that fifth entry will be added to the wait list.
